Pinkie loves the short 2-minute hop across the street to the beach access at Santa Clara. A convenient ramp makes it wheelchair accessible plus easy for rolling coolers and wagon. Bike ride to the West and you’ll find yourself in Seaside, famous for its white picket fences, collage of food trucks, open amphitheater, outdoor boutiques and local restaurants like Bud & Alley’s and Fish Out of Water. “Mr Pinkie and I had the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at FOOW! It was a beautiful sunny November day and dining on turkey and dressing while the Gulf water sparkled in the distance was truly special”. To the East is the charming community of Seagrove, a slice of old Florida characterized by its serenity, its beautiful canopy of oaks, magnolias and hickory trees, and its well-balanced mix of dining and attractions like The Olde Florida Fish House, famous for its with idyllic al fresco dining venue overlooking the serene waters of Eastern Lake. Frequently the scene of local live music, The Olde Florida Fish House is where Pinkie first tasted George T Stagg bourbon, “It was a life-changing experience…that’s for sure!” Pinkie smiled at the pleasant memory. Another popular neighborhood eatery invites you in for breakfast, lunch and dinner…The Perfect Pig, among the top 10% of restaurants worldwide reviewed on Trip Advisor, serves up local favs like fried green tomatoes with crab meat.
