“There is really nothing like a brand-new beach house!” thought Pinkie Flamingo as she turned into Prominence South. Pinkie was very familiar with this stretch of 30A and loved the energy of the vibrant section of the winding coastal highway emanating from The Hub…a spectacular gathering spot featuring a collection of shops, restaurants and a live performance venue ...right in the beach community of Prominence!

“It’s always fun to be among the first to help break in a new place”…New sheets and towels! New plates and glasses! New furniture including sleeper sofa! New golf cart! Pinkie loved the fresh newness of it all. Set on a backdrop of crisp white, this 3 bedroom 2-story townhome is ready to welcome its first guests for a memorable vacation. An expansive, open concept main living area on the main first level delivers entertainment, dining and food prep all rolled into one comfortable space designed to inspire a relaxing experience. Pinkie noted the well-stocked kitchen with all dinnerware, cookware and utensils for any gourmet meal preparation. The ample island stood ready to host the laptop contingency or mere hangers on who simply liked to be around the kitchen. “I love all of this prep space!” Pinkie exclaimed.

With a powder room and laundry downstairs, the accommodations were really, well.... quite accommodating. Pinkie hopped upstairs where she found 3 welcoming guest bedrooms…a king master suite, a second queen guest bedroom and yet another guest bedroom with 2 full beds. A full bathroom in the hall with tub and shower was perfect for the 2 guest rooms to share. With sleeping for 8 upstairs plus the sleeper sofa downstairs, any party of 10 would fit in quite comfortably.

Out in the garage Pinkie discovered 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach gear plus a brand new 6-seater golf cart. Beach access was just down 30A in either direction so having this cart included made the trip to the beach a real adventure.

Pinkie’s guests will enjoy full resort access to the community’s outstanding amenities including the sparkling 5000 sq ft pool, located in the center of the neighborhood on the north side. The expansive pool deck and shady hammock zone, grills, plus state-of-the-art fitness center were all big hits. The smaller pool, but always happening pool, on the south side was an added bonus. Nestled between the popular Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys communities to the East and Watersound/Seagrove to the West, fabulous local shopping and dining is all just a bike or golf cart ride away. The free seasonal shuttle made it all quite accessible as well.
