Although a true Florida native, Pinkie Flamingo had actually lived in Georgia for a time. As she circled around behind The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub) in search of her newest guest nest, she was imagining the true meaning of this townhome’s name…Sandy Peaches. Pinkie knew the new owners were from Georgia and everyone knows Georgia is all about peaches...so that’s easy! But what if it was also a play on Sandy Beaches…hmmm. The possibilities here were intriguing…

The location could not be more convenient…just steps away from all of the family-fun at The Big Chill…formerly known as The Hub. Trendy and appealing, The Big Chill is a collection of upscale boutiques and one of-a kind eateries that have assembled in an open air, energy-filled block party where visitors can opt in or out at any time. Top it all off with live music and movies on the big screen outdoor stage/theater and you really never need to leave Prominence!

As fresh as a Georgia peach this brand new townhome is the perfect choice for your best-ever 30A vacation. Newly constructed 2022 featuring modern décor, new appliances and designer finishes are what it’s all about here. Pinkie winked at her traveling companion … an all-white Husky named Pinot Grigio. “She was whining when she was born and unusually solid white in color so I named her after a white wine.” Pinot was quite the showstopper with gorgeous pale blue eyes and a truly blonde personality. Together they visited new properties…pet-friendly ones of course!

Pinkie loved the energy of this particular section of the winding coastal highway 30A. Composed of a diverse array of charming beach communities and quaint eclectic neighborhoods, the Beaches of 30A in South Walton County in Northwest Florida have a collective appeal to just about everyone. Each of the sixteen neighborhoods has its own unique style and affords a different vacation experience. Finding you favorite 30A vacation rental will be a labor of love!

Pinkie’s guests at Sandy Peaches will enjoy full resort access to the community’s outstanding amenities including the sparkling 5000 sq ft pool, located in the center of the neighborhood on the north side. The expansive pool deck and shady hammock zone, grills, plus state-of-the-art fitness center are all big hits. The smaller pool, but always happening pool, on the south side is an added bonus. Nestled between the popular Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys communities to the East and Watersound/Seagrove to the West, fabulous local shopping and dining is all just a bike or golf cart ride away. The free seasonal shuttle makes it all quite accessible as well.
