 As a curator of fabulous vacation rental properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast, it was Pinkie Flamingo’s duty to check out each one personally. “It’s tough job…but someone has to do it!” she smiled. As she turned into Prominence North, she already knew she had another fabulous guest nest to add to her collection. The sought-after neighborhood of Prominence was super popular due its crowd-pleasing amenities, location and style.

Pinkie loved the energy of this area of the winding coastal highway 30A….emanating from a destination in itself known affectionately as The Big Chill. Recently rebranded (formerly The Hub), this spectacular gathering spot features a collection of shops, restaurants and a live performance venue ...right in the beach community of Prominence! With a myriad of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, everyone in your entourage will sure to be happy.

Located on the north side of the community, Barefoot Bungalow stands ready to host your party of 12 and 1 well-behaved, housebroken dog. It’s the perfect spot to make some perfect vacation memories. With a fully-stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a garage, this 2-story townhome can be yours for a minimum of 4 nights or more. Today Pinkie happened to be making the rounds with her favorite furry sidekick…an all-white Husky named Pinot Grigio. “She was whining when she was born and unusually solid white in color so I named her after a white wine.” Pinot was quite the showstopper with gorgeous pale blue eyes and a truly blonde personality. Together they visited new properties…pet-friendly ones of course!

Pinkie’s guests at Barefoot Bungalow will enjoy full resort access to the community’s outstanding amenities including the smaller pool on the south side is an added bonus. Nestled between the popular Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys communities to the East and Watersound/Seagrove to the West, fabulous local shopping and dining is all just a bike or golf cart ride away.
