“All Gulf-front with a private beach!” Pinkie Flamingo chirped in delight. Her newest guest nest at Green Reef #1 will be your next vacation go to. Pinkie hopped up off the beach onto the lower deck. She made note of the outdoor picnic table as the weather here is delightful and dining al fresco is the thing to do especially when presented with stunning water views like those here. “I just love soaking up the sun and this large deck is perfect for that!” Pinkie noted the gated entrance and boardwalk out to the sand.
 

Being a bit of a beach snob, Pinkie had visited many beaches. Yet none ever seemed to compare to the natural beauty seen in the turquoise waters nor the powdered sugar sands along this particular coast. “What makes it all so special here? Why the sand here is so fine and seems to crunch when walked on?” “After a bit of research Pinkie learned that ions ago, Mother Nature set forth an incredible chain reaction of events that began with global warming. The cascade effect sent volumes of water flowing from the Appalachian Mountains over 500 miles away carrying tiny quartz particles from rock formations there. Honed to a perfect granular oval by time and the elements, millions of grains of sand now call the Emerald Coast home and visitors by the thousands appreciate their exceptional quality. “This house name sure does say it all!”

The mid-level is the main hang-out and entertainment zone with the fully-equipped kitchen, dining and lounging areas all tastefully presented. End-to end picnic style tables can seat 18 of your best friends and family. With 6 more seats at the breakfast bar, and the outdoor tables as well, there is more than enough room to eat, work or spread out. Both sofas expand to Queen sleepers and there is a bunk room and full bathroom on this floor. The front door leads out to the street level with parking for 2 vehicles. Heading downstairs next, Pinkie discovered another kitchenette with a microwave, sink and a full-size fridge. “A second fridge is super handy at the beach to keep all of those drinks cold!” The living area had a nice size flatscreen TV plus sleeper sofa for another 2 guests. Triple bunks and a Queen guest room share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The full-size washer/dryer are always handy on vacation. Pinkie noted the propane grill on this lower deck and could picture the sweet Summer cook-outs already!
 

Hopping up the 2 flights of stairs to the third level, Pinkie was delighted to find the King Master Suite with gorgeous Gulf views and it own private deck plus another King guest bedroom and hall bath with a beautiful tile walk-in shower. Round up your best friends and family and get ready to have the time of your life in your all Gulf-front completely remodeled 3-story townhome.
