Welcoming wafts of natural light pour into the living room… inspiring you to possibly write your own classic song. Comfortable and inviting with eating, dining and relaxing all rolled into one makes this vacation rental perfect for entertaining. One of the sofas in the living room group is actually a Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace on those chilly Florida evenings. Two dining table options inside seat 6 with another 4 in the kitchen plus 3 bar stools. The fully-equipped kitchen stands ready for your favorite vacation gourmet adventures. Guest will delight to find BOTH a Keurig and 2 regular drip coffee-makers! “It’s the number #1 question guests ask me” says Pinkie Flamingo. “There’s no wrong answer here.”

The party continues onto the freshly painted pool deck. “This is way more than a splash pool, said Pinkie as she hopped in the generous private pool for a few laps. “It’s quite unusual to see a pool cage in this part of Florida, but really works wonders to keep out bugs and critters.”  Another dining spot for al fresco events seats 6 and a propane grill, sink and fridge make for a fine little Summer kitchen and the 4 lounge chairs complete the scene.

Back inside the spacious master suite features a large walk-in closet, dual vanities, and an oversized glass enclosed shower with separate water closet. With the master located at the back of the house, pool views are a given. Up front you will two guest bedrooms…one with Queen bed and another with 2 sets of twin bunks. Guest share a hall bathroom with walk-in glass shower.

“What’s behind this door?” Pinkie wondered. The garage holds lots of goodies! Pinkie was delighted to find a 6-seater golf cart plus beach gear galore. Chairs, umbrella and beach cart all at the ready for a fun day soaking up the Florida sun. With beach access just minutes away and the famous Destiny East swimming pool complex nearby, outdoor adventures are a part of the fun. Guests enjoy full resort access including swim and tennis. Rackets included here!
