With over 250 days of sunshine annually, Florida rightfully earns its nickname “The Sunshine State”. As a native Floridian, Pinkie Flamingo was quite in tune with this natural phenomenon. As a curator of fine vacation rentals along Florida’s Gulf Coast, it was Pinkie’s sworn duty to visit each and every one. As she crossed the 800 ft wooden bridge that leads into the popular Santa Rosa Beach community of NatureWalk, she noticed an especially sunny area that seemed to pull her like a magnet towards one house in particular.
