What a find! A Gulf-front 4-bedroom condo with gulf views from every bedroom that comfortably sleeps 12 within walking distance to so many fabulous attractions.  All will enjoy the relaxing beachfront convenience offered by Sunsets and Sandcastles. Even as she perched on the balcony rail of the 5th floor corner condo in Emerald Dunes, Pinkie noticed a wedding ceremony going on right out on the beach.

Raindrops on Roses! The private, gated Emerald Dunes Resort is sure to tick many boxes on your vacation list of favorite things. Featuring an inviting, seasonally-heated community pool and a steamy hot tub, the amenities go on and on. Guests enjoy use of the gas grills and the private deeded beach access gate and restrooms.

Beach Service - At Sunsets and Sandcastles beach gear is ready and waiting in the unit. Included for guest use are an umbrella, wagon, cooler, sand toys, and backpack beach chairs which guests may set up anywhere behind the service set-ups at Emerald Dunes.

If you would like to purchase beach service chair rentals, you may do so directly through the beach service attendant. Chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, boogie boards, and SUP boards are available to rent from the Emerald Dunes beach service, seasonally March 1st to October 31st, weather permitting. Reservations for beach service items may also be arranged online a week or more in advance.
