Pinkie Flamingo & Friends Vacation Rental Agreement
Thank you for choosing our property for your vacation!
GUEST REQUIREMENTS – The person placing the reservation is considered to be the Guest. MINIMUM AGE of the Guest must be 25 years and guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
OCCUPANCY – Guest agrees that no more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall occupy the property. Unauthorized extra people without prior approval may result in penalties or early termination of stay.
PAYMENT – A Deposit Payment equal to one third of the rental rate is required at booking or within 3 days of receipt of the reservation email. Please make Deposit Payments in the form of MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, eCheck, traveler's checks, money orders, or personal checks payable to PINKIE FLAMINGO & FRIENDS, LLC. The Final Balance is due seven (7) days before your arrival in the form of a personal check, eCheck, money order, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. Final Balance payments made via credit card will be subject to a 3% processing fee. Bookings made through Airbnb will complete all payments through that portal.

VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE – Rental Insurance is available through a variety of providers and covers cancelation or interruption of your stay. Pinkie Flamingo & Friends does not currently offer Vacation Rental Insurance but encourages you to consider this option.
CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. SPECIAL 2020/2021 EXCEPTION… Vacations may be cancelled with full refund or re-scheduled up to seven (7) days prior to check-in for travel restrictions related to COVID-19.
HURRICANE/STORM/NATURAL DISASTER/PANDEMIC POLICY – There are NO refunds due to acts of nature, man-made events or general population health crises. SPECIAL 2020/2021 EXCEPTION… Vacations may be cancelled with full refund or re-scheduled up to seven (7) days prior to check-in for travel restrictions related to COVID-19. Do consider a trip protection plan that includes specific coverages for these potential events.
DAMAGE POLICY – Every reservation requires a non-refundable damage protection policy. This Damage Waiver covers unintentional damages to the rental unit, provided they are disclosed prior to check out. Damages that exceed the covered amount will be charged to the credit card on file. Guest agrees to be responsible for damages to the property beyond normal use and agrees to verification of damages if requested by Rental Guardian.
CHECKING IN – Check in is after 4 pm. Instructions will include all codes and options for early check-in.
HOUSEKEEPING POLICY – Pinkie wants everyone to have a clean and tidy vacation nest. Any housekeeping issue must be reported within 24 hours of check-in. The cleaning crew will return and address the problem. There are NO REFUNDS due to housekeeping issues. Daily maid service is NOT included but can be added for an additional fee.
MAINTENANCE – Report any maintenance issues via text, email or phone call. Every effort will be made to address these promptly.
NECESSITIES INCLUDED – Rental includes an initial linen & towels set-up, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing soap. Depending on length of stay and usage, you will likely need more. Please do not take bath towels outside. Bring your own beach and pool towels.
GUEST CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS – Just act properly…No smoking! No parties! No disruptive behavior! Use Internet responsibly and please respect the rights of neighbors. Some communities have specific rules regarding parking and trash collection and impose fines for violations. These rules will be sent in the check-in info where applicable.
PETS – Unless specifically listed as pet-friendly with associate pet fee then NO pets are permitted in this rental unit. Fines, loss of security deposit or early termination of stay may result.
GOLF CART– If your rental includes a golf cart then Driver must be 21 years old with proper license and insurance. Driver is responsible for all damage done to the cart while in possession of it. A separate agreement may be required.
CHECKING OUT – Check out is at 10 am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the property for the next guests. Please take out all trash and start dishwasher.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND – Left items can be mailed to you if requested. Expect shipping costs plus a $15 service fee. Pinkie is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
RIGHT OF ENTRY – Guest agrees that Pinkie Flamingo & Friends reserves the right to enter the rental property any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damage, make repairs or improvements as needed.
INDEMNIFICATION – All Guest(s) and their invitees use the Vacation Rental Property at their own risk and understand there are no guarantees, expressed or implied. Pinkie Flamingo & Friends LLC and its Property Owners shall not be held liable or otherwise responsible in any way for injury to any Guest and/or their invitees that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional or unintentional acts of said Guest(s) and/or invitees, or by the failure of structures, appliances, furnishings, and/or other equipment, whether by malfunction, misuse, acts of God/nature, and/or are otherwise naturally occurring.
